We're looking for a marketing executive to join PLOY — someone ambitious, creative and understand content.
About PLOY: PLOY is a tech platform that allows HR teams to create, manage and distribute employee-led content. We’re a creative solution with a TikTok style app for employees, and a content studio platform for employers. We currently work with some of the UK’s largest clients such as Boots, Next, Berkeley Group, Civil Service, Knight Frank, FCA & more.
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: London Hybrid (2 days in office)
Salary: up to £32,000
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: CEO + Co-Founder
Experience: 2+ years
About The Role:
We're looking for our first marketing hire – someone ambitious, creative, understands content, and ready to build something from the ground up. We’re not confined to traditional marketing channels, and want someone willing to experiment with new methods.
This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role at an early stage start-up, with the potential to grow into a leadership position over the next 2-3 years. The role is split across two exciting focus areas:
50% Inbound B2B Marketing – You'll own and scale our inbound marketing engine, driving high-quality leads through content, campaigns, and automation. From strategy to execution, you'll shape how we attract and convert customers.
50% Creator Agency Growth – You’ll lead the growth of our creator / influencer agency. This includes managing relationships, building deal flow, and expanding our network of creators. It’s a hands-on, entrepreneurial challenge that will put your creativity, content creation and hustle to the test.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Marketing (50%)
Own and execute the inbound marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and grow pipeline
Build and optimise lead magnets (e.g. whitepapers, webinars, case studies)
Design email nurture flows, drip campaigns, and newsletters using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp
Manage social media channels (especially LinkedIn) to increase reach and engagement
Measure, report, and improve performance across all inbound channels
Collaborate with sales to create collateral, such as sales decks that align with business goals
Implement A/B testing to increase conversion rates across channels
Creator Agency Growth (50%)
Build and manage the deal flow for creators on our platform (see it here)
Match brands and creators to ensure high-quality, high-conversion collaborations
Recruit new creators and maintain strong relationships with our existing talent
Develop marketing campaigns to grow visibility and demand for the Creator Agency
Use social media creatively to amplify creator wins, success stories, and case studies
What We’re Looking For
A sharp eye for design – you instinctively know what looks good
A proven marketer – you've driven strong lead gen results through inbound channels
Growth-minded – you’re data-driven, test ideas rapidly, and always push for better
Social-savvy – you love using LinkedIn, Instagram or even TikTok to build communities
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Curious and adaptable – ready to learn, unlearn, and grow fast in a startup environment
A genuine interest in business growth, technology, and enterprise markets
